This Privacy Policy describes how RavenSearch Technician Network ("we," "us," "our"), operated by KOBAYAT INC, collects, uses, and protects information from independent trade technicians ("you") who sign up to receive job opportunity notifications. This policy is scoped to the technician recruiting site at this domain. It does not cover facility operators or other RavenSearch products.

Information We Collect

When you sign up, we collect the information you submit directly: full name, email address, phone number, trade, street address, city, state, ZIP code, preferred contact method, and any optional notes about the work you're looking for. We do not require you to create a password or account.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to match you with relevant commercial work orders and to contact you about them by email and/or SMS, according to your stated preference. Your address and location are used only to match you with nearby jobs. They are never included in a job alert without your having first expressed interest.

SMS/Text Message Communications

If you opt in to SMS notifications, the consent you provide at signup is:

"I agree to receive SMS/text messages from Ravensearch including job dispatch notifications, work order alerts, and account-related updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time."

Message frequency varies based on how often matching jobs come up in your trade and area. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing gigs@wehavejobs.org. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of using this service.

Do We Sell Your Data?

No. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with any party except as needed to operate this service (for example, our form-hosting provider, Netlify, which processes signup submissions on our behalf) or as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you remain opted in to receive job notifications, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your Choices

• Opt out of SMS: reply STOP to any text message.
• Opt out of email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us directly.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information: email gigs@wehavejobs.org.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
