These Terms of Use govern your use of the RavenSearch Technician Network signup service (this site), operated by KOBAYAT INC. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

What This Service Is

RavenSearch Technician Network is a free notification service that connects independent trade technicians with commercial work order opportunities posted by facility operators. We forward job details to you by email and/or SMS based on your trade and location; you decide independently whether to respond and pursue any job.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to perform the trade work you sign up for. By signing up, you represent that any license, certification, or insurance required for your trade in your state is your own responsibility to obtain and maintain. We do not verify or guarantee your qualifications to any facility operator.

No Employment Relationship

Using this service does not make you an employee, agent, or contractor of RavenSearch, KOBAYAT INC, or any facility operator whose job you respond to. We do not guarantee any minimum number of job alerts, any job volume, or any income. Any work you accept is a direct arrangement between you and the party requesting it.

Free to Join

Signing up and receiving job alerts is free. We will never ask you to pay to join, receive alerts, or be considered for a job through this service.

Communications

By signing up, you agree to receive job alerts and related account communications by the method(s) you select (email and/or SMS), subject to the consent language shown on the signup form and described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and not to use this service to impersonate another person or submit false trade/licensing information.

No Warranty

This service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that any job alert will match your interest, availability, or qualifications, or that responding to an alert will result in work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RavenSearch and KOBAYAT INC are not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a job you accept or decline through this service, including disputes with the facility operator or property owner.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
